Health Net is fully engaged in helping to make sure you receive the care and services you need to fight COVID-19, the illness caused by the new coronavirus. If you feel sick, please make sure you contact your primary care physician (PCP). He or she knows you best and is your first option to discuss your health.
If you can't reach your PCP there are other resources you can access. Below is a list of services to help you maintain your health and be better informed about COVID-19, including information on financial help, food delivery, job placement and more.
To get general information related to COVID-19, track symptoms or locate the nearest testing center, you may call our COVID-19 automated phone line. Remember, since COVID-19 tests are still limited, please contact your PCP first before following up with a testing center location.

Babylon | Download the app to get started. In the Babylon app, you can check any symptoms online, and enroll in a COVID-19 care plan to receive self-care information and tips for self-isolation when needed. If medical care is needed, it can also connect you with a doctor or nurse practitioner for telehealth services.1 Call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for non-emergency health care.
