Other Care Options
Health Net is fully engaged in helping to make sure you receive the care and services you need to fight COVID-19, the illness caused by the new coronavirus. If you feel sick, please make sure you contact your primary care physician (PCP). He or she knows you best and is your first option to discuss your health.
If you can't reach your PCP there are other resources you can access. Below is a list of services to help you maintain your health and be better informed about COVID-19, including information on financial help, food delivery, job placement and more.
To get general information related to COVID-19, track symptoms or locate the nearest testing center, you may call our COVID-19 automated phone line. Remember, since COVID-19 tests are still limited, please contact your PCP first before following up with a testing center location.
Please note: Due to the number of calls received during this pandemic, you may have a longer wait time for a certain service listed below. Please be patient. Your health is important to us!
