Health Net of California, Inc. and Health Net Life Insurance (Health Net) are here to support you through the COVID-19 pandemic. Know that the bond you have with your primary care provider (PCP) is even more important during this time. Let him or her help you stay on top of your health!
To help you even more, if your doctor cannot be reached or if you think you might have COVID-19 symptoms, Health Net is now working with Babylon to offer 24-hour1 access to medical care at no cost to you.
Download the Babylon app to access the COVID-19 care assistant 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Use the app to check your symptoms online and enroll in a COVID-19 care plan, if needed. You can also get helpful self-care information and tips for how to manage staying home.
With the Babylon app you can also make a video appointment to speak face-to-face with a health care provider for non-emergency issues at any time day or night.
Babylon providers can also help with:
- Allergies
- Depression2
- Rashes and pink eye
- Stomach ache and stomach flu3
- Headaches and migraines
- Fever, flu and coughing
- Prescriptions, if needed (limits may apply)4
- Lab work

Get started:
- Search for Babylon Health in the Apple App Store or Google Play to download.
- Download the app.
- To sign-up, enter your information and the code HNCOM. You must be 18 or older to sign up. If you are a parent or guardian setting up an account for a child under 18, you must sign-up first and then add the child to your account. You will also need to be present during the child's Babylon video appointment.
Health Net is happy to give you access to the Babylon app at no cost. Your health and safety are important to us, so please be safe and follow all public guidelines.
