Once you're an appointed Health Net broker, you can make use the Broker Self Service Web Tool to make updates. Click the orange button to log in and:

Update your name (only applicable if you have no TIN/SSN or license number changes)
Update your address/phone/fax number
Enroll in EFT or change bank accounts
Complete a web registration
