My Health Pays Program

You love being healthy. We love paying you for it.

Our My Health Pays^® program is available to Ambetter from Health Net members.* It's a rewards program that pays you for the healthy decisions you're most likely already making each and every day. Completed your annual wellness screening? You get points for that. Want to learn new ways to be healthy? You can get rewards for that, too.

Starting January 1, 2023, earn up to $422* in rewards per calendar year.

Or earn up to 4,220* points to redeem at the My Health Pays Online Rewards Store.

The only thing you need to do is log in to your Ambetter account and activate My Health Pays. That's it! Then, you can start earning rewards every time you complete an activity.

Healthy choices to redeem your rewards.

You may qualify to earn up to $100 worth of rewards for getting preventive screenings or tests you regularly do.**

You could be rewarded for getting a colorectal cancer screening, blood pressure test, or an important Immunization for your child.**

After you activate your account and start getting points, you can convert them into money to help you cover monthly bills such as:***

Your points can even be used for items like cooking, fitness, and other everyday essentials.

* My Health Pays is available to Ambetter from Health Net HMO and PPO members who can earn up to a maximum of $422 or 4,220 points per calendar year.

Your health plan is committed to helping you achieve your best health. Rewards for participating in a wellness program are available to all Ambetter from Health Net plan members. If you think you might be unable to meet a standard for a reward under this wellness program, you might qualify for an opportunity to earn the same reward by different means. Contact us at 800-839-2172 (TTY: 711) and we will work with you (and, if you wish, with your doctor) to find a wellness program with the same reward that is right for you in light of your health status.

^† You will only be able to purchase public transportation directly from the agency either in-person or online. Passes cannot be purchased through retail locations such as grocery or convenient stores.

Funds expire immediately upon termination of health coverage.
